Spider-man Live Action Spiderverse Rumored

MCU

Marvel’s Cinematic Universe is nothing short of a marvel of movies. Avengers: Endgame was a great ending to the phase of movies with Spider-Man: Far From Home serving as a wrap up. Marvel isnt done bringing the heat just yet.. DC has been planning a major series themselves with the crisis on infinite earths mini event happening very soon. The famous comic book arc will be adapted Dc will use this attempt to draw more people in to their universe and are not pulling any stops on this one. Even the smallville actor is on board according to forbes.com. Even Stephen amell, the actor who plays green arrow in CW’s TV series has confirmed. Therefore, it’s rumored that Marvel might do exactly that.

Rumor Mill

“The rumor suggests that a multiverse is being planned, which will include elements from their past. Such will probably stem from the upcoming Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

The first part of this plan is to include Spider-Man in the Venom series. When Sony and Disney reached a new deal, announcements were that Tom Holland will be included in the MCU and Sony’s SUMC. Therefore, Holland will probably appear in Venom 3.

However, the third installment of Sony’s symbiote may not necessarily be called Venom 3. The studios may be planning a Maximum Carnage adaptation. Or, even better yet, a Spider-Verse adaptation.”

But, here’s the kicker. These rumors circling the Spider-Verse adaptation would include Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire. This sounds ambitious. And this would compete with DC’s Crisis. But I would see Marvel recasting Garfield and Maguire in different roles than putting them back in Spidey suits. But crazier things have happened. J.K. Simmons did return as J. Jonah Jameson, hasn’t he?

Take this information with some salt, as none of this has been confirmed.

To see if this rumor unfolds into reality, check back with Next Level Collector’s. Venom 2 is planned for October 2nd, 2020. And Spider-Man 3 will arrive on July 16th, 2021. If Disney and Sony are planning something this big, I’m sure we’ll see the signs in these two movies.
